| 摘 要： | 斯奈德通过对中国禅宗佛教、道家思想的吸收和转化,对中国古典诗歌,特别是对寒山诗的翻译和借鉴,以及对美国印第安传统文化的继承,形成了自己独特的整体论环境保护意识,并以此作为自己诗歌、散文创作的一贯主题,为繁荣美国的环境文学和推动美国的环境保护运动做出了重要贡献。

| Abstract: | Influenced by Chinese Zen Buddhism, Taoism, the Classical Chinese Poetry and the Native American traditions, Gary Snyder develops a holistic ecological consciousness, which becomes the central theme in his poetry and prose writing. Gary Snyder has greatly contributed to both the American environmental writing and the American contemporary environmental activism. |
