| 摘 要： | 我国社区老年服务近年来取得了一定成绩,无论在机构建设、人员投入还是服务内容上均有所加强和提高。社区为老年人所提供的服务具有长期性,需要针对性,而建立健全老年服务个人档案是社区老年服务的有效管理方式之一。本文对我国社区老年服务的基本现状进行了分析,探讨了社区老年服务个人档案的制度化和电子化等问题。

| Abstract: | Chinese community aging care services made progresses in the passed years in the construction of institutes,the increase of participants and the diversity of service content.Community care service for the aged is of long term and pertinence,so it is vital to build up and improve a personal service file for the aged.It is one of the effective ways to manage care service for aged people.The paper brings up some advice of the approach of the file system's mechanism and computerization. |
