| 摘 要： | 在计算机普遍应用的今天,网络的发展影响着我们社会生活每一个方面。网络给人类带来极大便利的同时,也带来了一系列的法律问题。本文阐述了网络犯罪的概念、特点,网络犯罪的具体类型,分析了引发网络犯罪的原因,提出了网络犯罪的预防措施。
