| 摘 要： | 通过对恩施州部分乡镇分散供养五保户在吃、穿、住、医、葬(儿童保教)等方面的调查,我们知道了恩施州分散供养五保的供养形势不容乐观,存在着供养水平低且难落实、就医难(难就医)、住房条件差、生活没有保障等弊病。解决五保户分散供养问题的措施:提高集中供养率。

| Abstract: | Through a survey into the food, clothing, housing, medical care and bury (children's education) of the Five Guaranteed People(people who can't support themselves and no children or relatives to rely on,therefore, for whom government provide food, clothing, housing, medical care and bury (education for children) scattered in some villages and towns of Enshi prefecture),it is known that the supporting state of them is rather poor, which is reflected in the following aspects: The support level is low and the support is hard to be put into practice; it's difficult for them to receive medical care; their living conditions are bad and daily necessities can't be guaranteed. The solution to the problem is to raise the rate of centralized support (Gathering these people and raising them together). |
