| 摘 要： | 大学生辅导员队伍的存在,稳定与高素质,是做好大学生辅导工作的重要前提,这取决于院校党委与行政的高度重视,并制定选拔、培养、考核、晋升、福利等专项政策。辅导员要正确定位师生关系;注意形象、注重内涵;热爱学生、一视同仁;积极参与情感交流。辅导员还要遵循大学生成长规律、结合低中高年级需要层次,把握工作侧重点;加强良好的班风学风建设;加强学生的心理健康指导教育;多渠道地抓好大学生班集体建设。

| Abstract: | The new period and new situation call for highly qualified college studen ts' political instructors.Therefore,college students' political instructors should pay am ple attention to the improvement of t heir own quality and strengthen the moral education of the students.They shou ld,in accordance with the law of the g rowth of college students,foster th e fine class spirit,strengthen the psychologic al health education of the students a nd devote vigorous efforts to college students' class collective building in a bid to promo te the students' development in an all -round way,i.e.,morally,intellectually,physi-cally and aesthetically. |
