| 摘 要： | 《呼啸山庄》是一部悲剧小说 ,女主角凯蒂和男主角希刺克厉夫生性不羁 ,他们藐视世俗的偏见 ,为了能够永远在一起 ,公然挑战社会的道德规范 ,但社会是残酷而强大的 ,它无情地阻碍了他们。凯蒂与社会调和 ,但她最后被葬送了 ;希刺克厉夫相信斗争与复仇能使他达到目的 ,然而他也失败了。这部小说向我们展示了真实的社会力量 ,并直接揭露了社会生活的真相。

| Abstract: | Wuthering Heights is a tragic novel. The heroine Cathy and the hero Heathcliff are wild and rebellious. They despise the conventional perjudice and challenge the moral standard of the society so as to be together forever. But the society is so cruel and powerful that it obstructs them ruthlessly. Cathy thinks she can succeed by reconciling but is destroyed; Heathcliff believes he can achieve his goal by struggling and revenging but loses. The novel offers a direct experience of the society and a candid revelation of the truth of mortal life. |
