| 摘 要： | 技术范式创新周期表现为技术渐变与技术突变周期交替，它与经济周期存在循环因替的关系，即经济繁荣通过资本的稳定状态推动技术渐变，技术渐变通过打破资本的稳定状态诱发经济危机，经济萧条通过资本的活跃状态驱动技术突变，技术突变通过使资本状态趋稳拉动经济复苏。

| Abstract: | The technological paradigm innovation cycle,which is alternately represented by technical gradual changes and technical mutations forms a feedback loop together with economic cycle,i.e.economic boom promotes technical gradual changes in the stable state of capital,and technical gradual changes will induce economic crisis when the stable state of capital is broken;economic depression drives technical mutations in the active state of capital,and technical mutations can push economic recovery in stabilizing the state of capital. |
