| 摘 要： | 大量数据和实证分析表明，民营经济对天津的社会和经济发展做出了重要贡献，但目前面临着国内外市场需求萎缩、经济运行压力加剧的严峻形势。文章探讨了境外经贸合作区的功能和作用，认为境外经贸合作区是『足进我市民营企业抱团“走出去”、摆脱经营困境的有效途径和集群式国际化发展的新模式。

| Abstract: | It is proved by a large amount of data and empirical analysis that non-state-owned economy has contributed a lot to the social and economic development of Tianjin.But now the non-state-owned economy faces the cvitial situation of market demand and economic pressure.The paper disusses the role and function of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones.It holds that the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone is an effective approach for non-state-owned economy to get rid off the grim situation by investing abroad in a cluster pattern. |
