| Abstract: | After China's WTO accession, a local university press is facing an increasingly complicated market. Therefore, great efforts should be made to run a press by the rule of law and the rule of virtue, perfect its inner regulations, and adopt relevant measures to observe the WTO rules and to prove the quality of its staff, so as to take the road to developmet with its distinctive characteristics. |
