本科人才培养目标的生成机制研究

摘    要:大学本科人才培养目标的生成受学生需要、社会需要和高校类型与层次等多种因素的影响,极具复杂性。应对多种影响因素,本科人才培养目标的生成应将社会需要和学生需要转换到培养目标中去;应将抽象的培养目标分解成具体的知识、能力和素质要求。大学本科人才培养目标生成应遵循其内在逻辑:目标定位适切——在通识教育与专业教育之间融合;目标价值取向——在社会需求与个人发展之间调适;目标功能选择——在人才培养、科学研究与服务社会之间和谐;目标多样化——在统一性与差异性之间共生。

Abstract:The formation of undergraduate training targets is affected by many factors,such as student’s needs,social needs and the types and levels of universities etc,which is highly complex.In order to cope with multiple factors,the following must be taken into consideration for the mechanism of undergraduate training targets: social needs and the needs of students should be converted to the training objectives,the abstract training objectives should be broken down into specific knowledge,ability and quality requirements.The mechanism of undergraduate training targets should follow the internal logics: appropriate targeting-integrating the general education and professional education;target value orientation-accommodating itself to social needs and individual development;target function selection-being compatible with personal training,science research and serving society;target diversity-seeking common points while reserving difference.
