| 摘 要： | 转变落后教育思想树立创新教育观念是培养创新人才的前提 ,推进以创新为核心的素质教育是培养创新人才的基础 ,实施个性化教育是培养创新人才的必由之路 ,将科学研究引入本科教学是培养创新人才的根本保证 ,改革与创新教学模式是创新人才培养的关键 ,加强实践教学和基地建设是培养创新人才的重点。

| Abstract: | Changing backward thought of education and establi shing view of innovatory education are presupposition for cultivating innovatory talents.Promoting quality education which takes innovation as the centre is the foundation of fostering innovatory talents.Implementing education of personalit y is an inevitable way for cultivating innovatory talents.Bringing scientific re search into regular college education is an essential guarantee for training inn ovatory talents.Reform and innovatory teaching model are the key to cultivate in novatory talents.Strengthening practical teaching and construction of bases are the important point for developing innovatory talents. |
