| 摘 要： | 根据知识产权研究课题的调查结果和教学实践,就目前高校理工类研究生层面知识产权的教育状况进行了分析,探讨了对理工类研究生进行知识产权教育的必要性,提出了具体的对策建议,旨在推动我国高校理工类研究生层面知识产权教育的快速发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation result and the teaching practice on the topic of the intellectual property rights, this paper analyzed the intellectual property education condition about the technical graduate student,putting forward the necessity, the concrete countermeasures and proposals that are suitable for the technical graduate students in terms of the training on intellectual property, so as to promote the development of the intellectual property education in the institutes of the technology and science. |
