基于保增长、控房价视角的货币政策工具搭配效应研究

摘    要:文章对我国经济增长速度和房价水平的货币政策影响因素进行了定量研究。研究结果表明价格型、数量型两种类型的货币政策工具与我国的经济增长速度和房价水平之间存在长期稳定的协整关系,且数量型工具对房价水平影响显著,而价格型工具能够更有效地对经济增长进行调节,通过两种货币政策工具的合理搭配能够在调控房价的同时兼顾我国的经济增长。

Abstract:T his paper analyzes the effect of quantitative and price monetary policy instruments on housing prices and economic grow th ,and the results show that the impact of quantitative monetary policy tools on housing prices is more significant ,and economic grow th is more sensitive to the price monetary policy tools .We can match two kinds of policy to reach our target that the economic growth and the housing price remain stable .
