随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的构建,中国民营企业与东南亚华人企业形成战略联盟也越来越为世人瞩目。本文在分析了中国民营企业战略态势和东南亚华人企业战略态势的基础上,根据中国民营企业与东南亚华人企业战略联盟的形成从理论上进行了探讨。

Formation of Transnational Strategic Alliance Of Chinese Enterprises in Southeast Asia

Along with the establishment of the free trade area between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, it has become an inevitable trend for the Chinese enterprises to go out to the world. This article aims to analyze, with the rationale of the multinational corporation strategic alliance, the strategies adopted by privately operated enterprises in China and Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asian countries, and propose the content and organization of the strategic alliance based on the enterprises' common interests and desire. This article also aims to make some discussion in a theoretical framework on the formation of the strategic alliance by the above-mentioned enterprises.
