摘    要:广告促销、环境促销、节日促销是宋代饮食店铺的三种主要促销方式。这些促销方式既是竞争的产物,也是竞争的表现和手段,它使商家扩大了市场份额,获得利润,同时繁荣了宋代饮食市场,消费者也受益良多。

Abstract:Advertising sales, circumstantial sales and festival sales were the three major forms of sales promotion of the food stores in the Song Dynasty. As the result of competition, these forms of sales promotion were also forms and means of competition. They not only helped the stores to increase the shares of the market and gain profits, but also brought prosperity to the food market and thus greatly benefited the consumers.
