Discrimination confronted by non-public economy development and solution

In view of the concept discrimination of the government and job seekers which the non-public economy faces,through the research on the cause,the article proposes four solutions:persisting the three advantageous standard and eliminating the discrimination based on the ownership,speeding up and deepening the reform of administration system,straightening out the relations between the government and business;making the enterprise category according to property union and responsibility,taking the entry into World Trade Organization as the turning point,guaranting the same treatment for non-public economy and foreign enterprises.
