| Abstract: | The Issue of "Implementing Program of CitzensMorality Building " is an important act to strengthen moral building of citzens in our country and further to carry out the Jiang Zeming's strategy of governing the country combining the rule of law and the rule of virtue,strengthening moral and ideological building has important significance for carrying out the strategy of governing the country by the rule of virtue and for promoting the cause of building great socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
