摘    要:课程领导是一种不同于课程管理的新的管理观。在课程领导的背景下,传统课程管理模式使中小学校长角色陷入了困境,校长角色的转换已成必然之势。要走出困境,中小学校长必须明确办学理念,制定学校发展计划,健全学校的课程开发组织,组织合作、向上的教师团队以促进学校课程乃至整个课程体系的发展。

Abstract:The curriculum leadership is a kind of new management view which is different from the traditional management of curriculum. On the background of curriculum leadership, the management mode of traditional curriculum makes principals get into a difficult position. Therefore the conversion of headmaster role has already become the inevitable tendency. It is necessary for a principal to take the following measures: clarifying the notion of school running, making the development plan of the school, developing the organization in curriculum, enhancing teacher's group spirit in order to promote the development of the school-based curriculum and even the whole curriculum system of the school.
