“去制度化”问题研究——基于风险社会理论的启发

现代社会中制度缺场、制度隐在、制度骤变、制度式弱等都是制度功能无法发挥的制度存在样态,统称去制度化。去制度化风险是无穷多之社会风险中的一个,具有风险社会理论所述的社会风险之共性,即归因宏大、影响扩大、治理措施多元等。应对去制度化问题,主观方面应关注价值、理念问题,客观方面,应关注制度体系建构、制度运行中的权力异化和监督机制。
