| 摘 要： | 转换经济发展方式,实现可持续发展,将宏观、宽泛的可持续性战略内涵与企业微观、具体的经营实践活动有机结合是中外企业面临的一个现实的挑战。通过对可持续性的理论认知与企业实践困境的分析,本文探讨了可持续性战略基于供应链管理的实现路径,从可持续性产品管理以及流程可持续性管理的角度提出了相应的思路与策略,并设计了对应的分析模型;针对实践模型中决策资源以及实现技术的异质性,提出了面向可持续性的集成模式。
