The Practice and Basic Experience of the Political Party Diplomacy of the CPC

Since founded in 1921,the political party diplomacy of the CPC has experienced a tortuous course : from the start to through hard exploration and gradually becoming maturity.There are some basic experience derived from 90 years of practice: persisting in the principle of independence;beyond the difference of ideology,and relationship between political parties should serve the state relations.
