| 摘 要： | 我国的太阳能开发利用经过多年的努力已经具有一定成果,并且呈现出迅猛的发展势头。但是,由于欠缺针对太阳能开发利用的专门立法,发展太阳能的促进力较为薄弱,从而在一定程度上制约了太阳能的发展。本文从分析我国太阳能资源利用现状入手,指陈了我国太阳能立法的主要问题,展望了我国太阳能专门立法的发展趋势并就太阳能专门立法的可行性和必要性作了分析。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the development and utilization of solar energy in China is developing rapidly.However,the lack of special legislation in this domain confines the development of solar energy in a certain degree.This paper,starts with the analysis of the present situation of solar energy resources in China,discusses main problems in the solar energy legislation,and looks forward to the development trend and analyses the feasibility and necessity of the special legislation in solar energy. |
