| 摘 要： | 随着计算机的普及和Internet的迅猛发展 ,人们对新技术、新信息的需求也在不断增加。图书馆作为信息资源的聚散地 ,对这一需求的作用是显而易见的。论述了网络环境下的图书馆信息服务 ,并针对图书馆员的现状提出了人才资源建设的重要性和必要性。
