| 摘 要： | 国家职业标准中,高技能人才具有特定的含义,结合当前经济社会和科学技术发展对高技能人才的新需求,提出各级高技能人才应具备的知识和技能标准,有利于科学确定培养目标,制订培养方案,把握人才培养过程,造就高素质的符合生产、技术、管理与服务一线要求的高技能人才。
