| Abstract: | The establishment of growth enterprise board market in our country has already been becoming inevitable trend.However,its establishment still faces the obstacle of law system.Therefore,how to design a reasonable law system of growth enterprise market seems urgent.This paper deeply discusses the principles of law system's design and its contents of growth enterprise board market so as to benefit the establishment of Chinese growth enterprise board market. |
