| 摘 要： | 有效的精英循环是一个社会政治稳定的必要条件。科举制度以考试选拔吏治人才的方式，在中国封建社会开通了一条畅通的精英循环路线，从而充当了封建统治的稳定机制，并带来了中国封建制度的异常稳定。

| Abstract: | Effective elite circulation is essential to political stability in any society. Imperial Examination System brought a unimpeded elite circulation road to China feudal society by choosing government officials through examination. As a result, it acted as a stabilizing mechanism of the feudal rule and made China feudalism extremely stable. |
