| 摘 要： | 通过研究大学新生的心理特点 ,针对他们所存在的心理问题 ,探讨了如何帮助学生调整心态 ,培养学生健康乐观的生活态度 ,并指导他们树立明确的学习态度 ,掌握正确的学习方法 ,较好地完成从高中到大学的过渡 ;强调建立良好的师生关系 ,将对新生尽快适应大学生活 ,顺利完成学业起到积极的作用。

| Abstract: | By means of studying freshmen's Psychological characteristics and their Psychological problems, the paper deals with how to help freshmen adjust their Psychologies, cultivate healthy and optimistic live attitudes, and instruct them to build up definitude studying attitude, master right studying ways and turn from senior high school to university preferably. It is also emphasized that building good relationship between teachers and students is good for freshmen to adapt themselves to university lives and finish their studies. |
