| 摘 要： | 伴随着工业革命的开展和社会的发展变化,英国法律教育从传统到变革,在继承中创新,初步实现了在法律人才培养方面的分工与合作,建立起与现代社会要求相统一的新型法律教育体制.这种教育体制与传统学徒制法律教育相比较,在人才培养模式、教育内容与教育方法、教育管理等各个方面呈现出显著的特征.
