| 摘 要： | 文化环境对科技型人才的影响是潜移默化甚至是决定性的，科技型人才聚集效应产生与提升同样要受到文化环境的影响。在分析文化环境的内涵及构成要素的基础上，从教育、科技、民族心理、传统习俗等四个维度探究了文化环境对科技型人才聚集效应的影响，并提出了优化文化环境，促进科技型人才聚集效应产生与提升的对策。

| Abstract: | The impact on cultural environment to technological talent is imperceptible and even decisive, the aggregation effect of technological talent is also be impacted by cultural environment. On the basis of analyzing the concept of cultural environment and its composed elements, this paper explores the impact on cultural environment to aggregation effect of technological talent from four dimensions ,then put forward countermeasures on the optimization of cultural environment in order to promote expand the aggregation effect of technological talent. |
