中国贫困阶层:问题、影响与对策

随着改革开放的逐步深入,社会利益分配关系的不断调整,人民内部阶层不断分化,部分群众缺乏改善社会和发展的条件,生活逐渐困难,沦为贫困阶层,成为党和政府密切关注的对象。在现阶段,贫困阶层的构成比较复杂,且有加剧之势,并带来大量的社会问题。全面建设小康社会要求对此问题不容忽视,必须采取相应对策予以解决。

With the further development of reform and opening,the distribution relationship of social benefit is adjusted constantly and strata among the people are divided constantly. Some people lack the conditions of social improvement and development themselves, so they live in straitened circumstances and become the poor stratum that the Communist Party and our government pay close attention to. At the present stage, the components of the poor stratum are rather complex, and the complexity is sharpening.Many social problems stem from it. The goal of constructing comparatively well-off society completely can't allow us to neglect the problem of the poor stratum.
