| 摘 要： | 甲壳质是虾、蟹等节肢动物外壳的重要成分.由虾、蟹等的甲壳经酸洗脱钙,碱洗脱蛋白质,得到不溶性甲壳质,再经浓碱液脱乙酰基成为.壳聚精.壳聚糖比不溶性甲壳质用途广泛的多.为缩短亮聚糖的生产周期,降低成本,笔者经多次实验探索其提取方法的最佳方案及其应用,从理论上和实践上探索出一些规律.可用于指导生产和从事本项课题研究者参考.

| Abstract: | Chitin is an important component of the arthropoda. The shell of arthropoda is washed by acid and base to remove calcium and protein, then unsolvable chitin is remained. The remainder is washed by concentrated base to remove acetyl, so the chitosan is available. Chitosan is more useful than unsolvable chitin . For getting a best method of chitosan preperation, the author did many experiments and obtained a few rules on theory and practice. They are valuable in studying chitin extraction and application. |
