中美两国在哥本哈根气候峰会上的分歧及启示

在哥本哈根举行的全球气候变化会议上,中美两国在减排原则、减排量的多少及资金和技术援助等方面有较大分歧,最终在中美各方的相互斗争和妥协下,签署了不具法律约束力的《哥本哈根协议》。为了更好地应对气候变化,中美两国应相互理解,加强合作。同时,中国要进一步落实各项节能减排措施,及早做好各种应对方案,以促进2010年底墨西哥气候峰会的成功举办。
