| Abstract: | At present,China is facing the stress of contradiction between water demand and supply,which restrains the social economy development,and it is urgent to improve the water utility efficiency.Therefore the water right trade market comes into being.The paper put forward basic systems in legal aspect regarding the utility of water right trade market and re-allocation of water resources. |
