The value orientation of academic forum lies in spread.Education and Culture,its develop tendency is globalization,indigenous,regional and Collegial,its structure has a characteristic of valuable multi-aspect,its content structure includes knowledge education,innovation education,political education,humanism education and life education.At present,the sinicizing academic forum appears three mistakes that are imitation form.Severe split between international standpoint and regionality,unconsciousness when they collectively design Culture.Thus the value orientation of academic forum should change from spread into education,moreover it should dedicate to culture construction.
