| 摘 要： | 通过调查法收集的阿克苏地区的有关数据显示:企业幼儿园和私立幼儿园教师队伍学历水平低于公立幼儿园教师队伍,其教师队伍具有年轻化、流动性的特点,是学前教育事业发展中最活跃的因素;公立幼儿园教师队伍稳定但流动性差,高生师比显示了公立幼儿园教师在幼儿教育中的骨干作用。

| Abstract: | The repoting of this research combined two methods to collect the date which are in point of the Akesu area.One is the method of survey and the other is discussion.The conclusion is the level of the teachers' degree that is in the kindergarten of corporation and the private kindergartens are lower than the common kindergarten.But the characteristic of the kindergarten of corporation and the private kindergarten are rejuvenate and fluid and it is the activist factor in the development of the normal study edbiz.The teachers in the common kindergarten have better stabilization but the fluid is worse than the other two kinds of kindergartens.And the high teacher pupil ratio in the common kindergarten shows the teachers' head function. |
