| 摘 要： | 开展中小学校长培训工作专项评估 ,是加强中小学校长队伍建设 ,全面推进素质教育 ,实现教育可持续发展的重要举措。要建立全面、系统、科学的干训质量评估体系 ,就必须 :明确干训工作评估的对象 ,确定和规范干训工作评估的内容及项目 ,综合选择各种干训工作评估方法。

| Abstract: | A special evaluation of headmaster training is an important measure for building up the contingents of headmasters, for carryinng forward quality education comprehensively,for realizing endurable development of education.To establish such an inclusive,systematic and scientific quality evaluation system,the following must be observed:to make clear the object of the training work;to make certain and standardize the content and items of evaluation;to make synthetical use of evaluating methods. |
