| 摘 要： | 阐述了经济全球化与自由贸易的内在相互依存关系,指出了经济全球化条件下贸易保护的客观必然性,从而说明了自由贸易和贸易保护作为一对矛盾在经济全球化时代是客观存在的,并且其表现形式是多样化的;一国采取什么样的贸易保护政策是由多种因素决定的。在此基础上,强调了中国的对外贸易政策以自由贸易为基本取向的同时,要进行适度的贸易保护。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the interrelationship between economic globalization and free trade and states that trade protection with its various forms is still inevitable in the process of globalization. The co-existence of free trade and protective trade meets the needs of economic development at present. What forms of trade protection policy should be taken is determined by various factors. The author stresses that free trade should be the main stream of Chinese foreign trade policy with proper trade protection as its supplement. |
