| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是我国当前重要的战略任务,而国家和社会对弱势群体的保障与服务是否到位是和谐社会建设的关键,因此农民工社会保障法制建设在当前形势下显得尤为重要和紧迫.我国农民工社会保障法律制度目前存在法律法规缺失严重、法律制裁措施不力、农民工个人相关法律意识淡薄等问题,需要我们在高度重视的前提下采取分层分类加快立法进程、加大执法力度、加强法律宣传等措施推进其建设与完善.
