| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技的发展,域名抢注现象日益突出。为了完善对驰名商标的保护,应将保护的范围进一步延伸至虚拟的网络世界,在解决纠纷时关键要做好驰名商标的认定与是否"混淆"的判断,世界知识产权组织主张的域名排他程序是保护驰名商标的又一重大举措。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern science and technology,the malicious registration of Domain Name is increasing. In order to improve and perfect the protection of well-known trademark, we should extend the scope of protection to the virtual world of Network. The cruxes of the settlement of the trouble are the ascertainment of well-known trademark and the judgement of "confusion". An important measure to protect the well-known trademark is Domain Name Exclusion Procedure, which is proposed by WIPO.. |
