| 摘 要： | 知识管理作为目前全球最热门的研究课题之一,已经越来越受到各类组织的青睐.文章从知识管理的基本属性出发,分析了知识管理对高校学生工作的作用和意义,探索在高校学生工作中运用知识管理的途径和方法,努力构建新时期学生工作的新途径.

| Abstract: | Knowledge Management(KM),as one of the hottest global issue for the moment,is paid more and more attention and priority by all kinds of organizations.This paper analyzes the effect and significance of KM to Student Administration of High Education(SAHE) based on the attributions of KM,explores the ways and approaches to applying KM in SAHE,and attempts to find a new way of SAHE in the new era. |
