浅议我国民营企业生命周期短形成的原因及对策

我国民营企业经过短短的二十几年的飞速发展，已成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。但随着民营企业原始积累的初步完成，民营企业也出现了各种各样的问题，突出的问题是生命周期短。本文结合我国当前民营企业的发展现状，从外部和内部两个方面分析我国民营企业生命周期短的原因，对如何延长民营企业生命周期提出一些建议和对策。

Discuss on Causes and Countermeasures of the Short Life Cycle of China's Private Enterprises

China＇s private enterprises, within a short period of 20 years of rapid development, have become an important component in China＇s socialist market economy. However, with their initial completion of primitive accumulation, private enterprises have also appeared in a variety of issues, the most prominent problem is the short life cycle. In this paper, combining with the development of China＇s current status of private enterprises, the author make some suggestions and countermeasures on how to extend the life cycle from both internal and external analysis of China＇s private enterprises short life cycle reasons.
