| 摘 要： | 通过分析图书维持转售价格在各国的实施历史与特征，探讨图书维持转售价格的规律性，在理论上总结图书维持转售价格的内在原因。通过浙江新华书店低价适销书工程这一实例，提出建立中国图书价格体系可供选择的两种思路，并指出明确且灵活的维持转售价格制度是解决目前中国图书市场问题的现实选择。
