| Abstract: | Basing on the principle of evidence distance and the rule of minimum of morality cost, I pointed out the problem of rational deflection existed in adjudication of No. 1 center hospital of Tianjing vs Zheng Ronghua case. Judges should hold the morality standpoint in accord with the masses＇ value tropism in applying of the rules of evidence in civil trial. |
