从两个视角把握当今历史时代

全面、准确把握当今历史时代的性质、特点 ,要从经济社会形态和技术社会形态两个视角来考察。视角的不同并非本质的不同 ,知识经济时代也就是资本主义向社会主义过渡的时代。对历史时代的把握 ,要注意克服两种片面性 :一是只从技术社会形态来把握时代 ,只看到作为知识经济时代标志的、由资本主义首先发展起来的生产力和一部分生产关系是没有制度属性的 ,对资本主义有制度属性的生产关系和上层建筑失去警惕 ,放弃社会主义的意识形态阵地 ;二是只从经济社会形态来把握时代 ,只看到资本主义生产关系和上层建筑的制度属性 ,不懂得资本主义首先发展起来的生产力和部分生产关系是没有制度属性的。社会主义国家必须对时代有清醒的认识 ,制定正确的战略、策略 ,来应对和防范危险 ,利用机遇发展和壮大自己

Mastering the present time historically from two visual angles

It should be from two visual angles, i.e. economic social formation and technological social formation, to study and master the present historical times completely and precisely. The difference in visual angles does not mean the difference in essence, intelligence times is the times of transition from capitalism to socialism. It is necessary to avoid two kinds of one sidedness to master historical times: the first is mastering the times from technological social angle and only regarding a part of productive relations and productive forces which is the sign of intelligence times and developed by capitalism as something without system property, but lose awareness to the productive relations and superstructure which have capitalism property and thus give up socialism ideology; the second is mastering the times from economic social angle and find capitalism productive relations and superstructure to have system property, but ignore that a part of productive relations and productive forces developed by capitalism do not have system property. Socialism countries must have a clear understanding of times so as to formulate right strategy and tactics to deal with and keep on guarding risks to develop and expand ourselves utilizing any chance.
