| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新是企业发展的关键，但单靠企业自身的力量难以实现技术创新。日本企业技术创新能力强和政府的支持密切相关，日本政府推动企业技术创新的成功经验启示我们：中国政府要加强对企业技术创新的扶持力度，通过政策和法律手段、技术手段以及金融手段来推动企业技术创新。

| Abstract: | Technical innovation of the companies is the key point of the enterprise development .In fact,just the power of the companies can not provide the technological innovation. The technical innovation capability of Japanese enterprise is closely to government support. The successful experience of Japan tells us that Chinese government needs to enlarge the support to the enterprise's technology innovation. By the way of policies,laws,technology,and finance Chinese government propels the technology innovation of enterprises. |
