| 摘 要： | 霍尔果斯口岸是我国向第三国开放的六大一类口岸,口岸两侧的中国新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州和哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图市在经济发展上有许多互补性,霍尔果斯国际边境合作中心的建立,将进一步深化上海合作组织的经贸合作,进一步促进新疆的大开发、大发展.
