| 摘 要： | 社会网络分析(SNA)方法是一种注重社会结构和社会关系研究的方法.使用SNA方法对企业集群内外知识源的相互联系以及集群内部的知识系统结构进行的理论分析表明,吸收能力高的企业更可能接近集群外部的知识源和有着更多的本地联系,它们往往是集群知识社团的成员,而地方化的知识既不是在集群中自由地流动,也不是在集群中均匀地扩散;相反,知识是在拥有共同知识基础的小团体内部流动的.

| Abstract: | Social Network Analysis(SNA)is the approach that focuses on social structure and social relation.This paper applies SNA to study the interaction of knowledge source between in and out the cluster and the structure of knowledge system of the cluster.The analysis shows that the more absorption the firm has the more access to the outside knowledge and more local linkages.Technological gatekeeper tends to be the member of knowledge community,but localized knowledge does not freely flow in the cluster,nor evenly diffuse in the industrial cluster.Instead,knowledge is flown in the clique based on the same knowledge. |
