民族高等院校突发事件预警机制

民族高等院校是各民族师生共同学习生活的场所。民族高等院校存在着具有自己特点的突发事件隐患类型。突发事件隐患的产生有着政策、经济、文化、社会、管理等方面的诱因。因此,民族高等院校应尽快建立起突发事件预警机制。民族高等院校建立突发事件预警机制,必须解决好民族高等院校师生的突发事件管理意识淡薄、民族高等院校缺乏突发事件管理的宣传教育、缺乏突发事件管理的人员机构、缺乏突发事件管理的规章制度、缺乏突发事件管理的信息监测和沟通网络、缺乏突发事件管理的应急预案、缺乏突发事件管理的物质技术、缺乏应对突发事件的模拟练习等问题。

Emergency Warning System in National Colleges

National colleges are places where people from various nationalities studying and living, where there are different styles of hidden trouble caused by policy,economy,society,administration, and so forth.As a consequence,the emergency warning systems should be set up in national universi- ties as soon as possible.In order to carry on such system,the national universities must solve the problems in emergency management field such as weak consciousness,absence of education,lack of professional people,rules,information technology,communication network,emergency countermeas- ure,necessary techniques and mock rehearsals.
