| 摘 要： | 开放式基金是我国证券市场的新生事物 ,其兴衰成败的关键在于培养持续创新能力。给出了持续创新能力的概念并较为系统地论述了培养我国开放式基金持续创新能力应坚持的指导思想 ,在具体操作中应遵循的基本原则和培养持续创新能力的若干重要方面。
