| Abstract: | Based upon the sampling data of the Institute of Economic Academy of Social Sciences, the paper points out that total factor productivity of state -owned enterprises increased, at the same time it＇s profit rate descended since China＇s reform and opening - up. According to reviewing the course of state-owned enterprise reform, the paper expounds the causes leading to state-owned enter- prise efficiency paradox. |
